Star Bomb | 03.28.11

It’s been finished for 2 weeks, but my March yarn bomb has finally sprouted up!

Signature

Any good Richmonder knows this star mural down on Canal Street in Shockoe Slip.  I don’t usually install on trees, but this spot has been calling to me for a while…I’m sure the bomb will be gone before Summer comes - which is good, since covering trees up when it’s hot outside makes it difficult for them to breathe properly.

Star Closeup

Until next month, RVA!

Awesome. Thanks for picking that location. Now if I can only convince you to put one in my yard.

This was awesome. I saw this recently and it was how I learned for the first time that Richmond has her own Yarn Bomber.  Thanks for what you do.  It makes my day every time I see it.
